Agreements & Legal Terms

General

The terms on this page apply to all orders placed through the ESTANBUL platform and to all use of the website.

All content on the platform, including visuals, texts, designs, logos, and other brand elements, belongs to ESTANBUL unless otherwise stated and is protected under applicable law. It may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability, payment approval, and fraud and security checks where necessary.

Orders may be cancelled in the following cases:

  • Clear pricing errors
  • Technical system errors
  • Stock inconsistencies
  • Extraordinary circumstances preventing fulfillment

If an order is cancelled, any collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's processing timelines.

Distance Sales

All purchases made through the platform are considered distance sales.

Before the order is completed, the customer is provided with the following information:

  • Main characteristics of the product
  • Total sale price
  • Payment method
  • Delivery and shipping information

Completion of the order means that the customer has read and accepted this pre-contract information.

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in the following cases:

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their resale condition
  • Products custom-made or modified specifically for the customer

Returns & Cancellation Processes

This page is intended to summarize the legal framework of these processes.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the content on the platform belong to ESTANBUL.

  • May not be copied without permission
  • May not be used for commercial purposes
  • May not be shared with third parties

Any breach may be subject to legal action.

Liability

The platform and the services provided are offered "as is," without prejudice to mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation.
