Free shipping on orders over 1500 TL. Shipping cost is 99 TL.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipping times may vary due to high demand, promotional periods, or operational factors.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, a return must be requested instead.

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Once approved, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the cases specified below.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an incorrect item has been delivered or the damage is due to a manufacturing defect on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
