2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE
All purchases made through the platform are considered distance sales.
3. PRE-INFORMATION
Before the order is completed, the customer is provided with the following information:
- Main characteristics of the product
- Total sale price
- Payment method
- Delivery and shipping information
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under applicable law, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
5. EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the following cases:
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their resale condition
- Products custom-made or modified specifically for the customer
THIS AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON PAYMENT BY THE BUYER.
